It would be very helpful if future leave requests submitted by parents through the Parent Portal showed clear information on who approved or rejected each request. This should include the name of the staff member who actioned it, and the communication that was sent to the parent.
This would improve transparency, ensure accurate record-keeping, and support consistent follow-up across pastoral and administrative teams.
