the ability to upload the cover rota in cover manager (manage teacher cover rotas option) via a spreadsheet - this would save me a massive amount of time!

Generally greater flexibility with managing the cover rota would be much appreciated. Such as deleting all teacher covers under a specific week, day of the week and lesson. Would be also great if we can copy copy rota from week a Monday to week b Monday for example.
