The Staff Member dropdown on both Add New Concern, and Add Staff to Visibility lists ALL Users in iSAMS - even those who have left, and have disabled accounts.
We need to keep both our User table and Staff table for a period of time to retain history, so do not want to delete them from iSAMS to get around this issue.
And our DSL Team has requested we need to remove leavers from the Staff selection lists.
Please can you consider filtering the Staff list based on account status?
Thank you for raising this with us. Having reviewed this, we are treating this as a bug, rather than a feature request and so it has been passed to our development team to fix as soon as possible. I will update again once it has been fixed so you know when this is due to be released.
